Service continues normally—we're already using water anyway.

Heavy Rain/Snow

Service postponed for safety and quality—automatic rescheduling offered.

Extreme Cold

Service modified or postponed below 25°F to prevent freezing issues.

Proactive Alerts

You'll receive notification if weather impacts your appointment.

Rescheduling & Flexibility

When weather forces cancellation, we proactively notify you and offer priority rescheduling at your convenience. No cancellation fees apply for weather delays. For temperature-sensitive services like ceramic coating, we may reschedule even in marginal conditions to ensure proper application. Your technician will contact you directly if weather impacts service.
